Henry T. (“Ted”) Vogt

Henry T. (“Ted”) Vogt has been an attorney since 1984. Prior to that time he worked as a journalist. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Villanova University School of Law and served as a law clerk to the Hon. John T. Elfvin (W.D.N.Y.). He is a retired member of the Connecticut and Pennsylvania bars and an active member of the Vermont bar. He is admitted to practice in the federal districts of Connecticut and Vermont.
Ted’s primary practice areas are arbitration, mediation, and commercial litigation. He is on arbitration panels for FINRA and the American Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. He lived and worked in Connecticut for many years before moving to Vermont where he now resides. Ted is a volunteer for the Green Mountain Club and The Nature Conservancy and is President of the Board of Directors of Garden Path Elder Living, a residential care nonprofit in Brattleboro, VT, and a member of the Board of Directors of the West Brookfield Village Trust. Ted is an amateur musician and enjoys hiking, bicycling, snow shoeing and cross country skiing whenever possible.
